Grease Traps with FILTON FA

FILTON FA as a new development of Ceramics can be use as oil absorbent material, heat proof and also work as a hydrophobic material.

If FILTON FA is designed with a maximum use in a Grease Traps, it can absorb oil 3 times oil weight than it's own weight.

The Advantage of using FILTON FA Ceramic Absorbent Material :

• Don't need an aeration or an oil receiving station.
• Can be reuse after burning/drying and washing the FILTON FA.
• Don't need a permanent space when using a Fiber Glass Grease Traps.

                                   Model RM-01

The RM-01 is the example of the common Grease Traps System. A container consists of 4 chambers, the first 3 chambers have FA-2 Absorbent Ceramics in each chambers. Each chambers will do the filtering task, so we have 3 phase of filtering process. And the last chamber will be the oil free water, we can see that in the picture above. The RM-01 is the smallest and compact type of Grease Traps which being installed under the sink.
